• — All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
• — Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Online payment methods available at checkout
• — Orders will only be processed once payment confirmation is received (where applicable).

04. Orders & Confirmation

• — Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or phone.
• — We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

05. Delivery

• — We offer island-wide delivery within Sri Lanka.
• — Estimated delivery time:
  • 2–4 working days for main cities
  • 3–5 working days for other areas
• — Delivery delays caused by couriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

06. Exchanges

• — Exchanges are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
• — Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
• — Items must be unused and in original packaging.

07. Jewellery Care & Usage

• — Gold-plated jewellery may wear over time depending on usage and care.
• — We are not responsible for damage caused by water, chemicals, perfumes, sweat, or improper handling.
• — Care instructions are provided to help extend product lifespan.

08. Cancellations

• — Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
• — Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

09. Limitation of Liability

Sayo Shopping shall not be liable for:
